1. Online Payment on Web Portal :-

By making an online payment through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete
information required for processing the transaction. We use secure payment gateways to ensure
your financial data is protected at all times.

If you choose to pay online, you may be directed to a third-party payment gateway to enable processing of the payment. This transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third-party payment gateway.

Aarogya Ayurvedic Aushdhalya shall not be liable if any transaction does not fructify or may not be completed or for any failure on part of the bank, credit card company, or third-party site or agency to perform any of its obligations, or for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline or acceptance of authorization for any transaction.

Once you confirm payment details and authorize a transaction, the payment will be processed instantly, and you will receive an acknowledgment or confirmation via SMS, email, or on-screen message.

The service or appointment will be considered booked only after a successful payment confirmation is received by Aarogya Ayurvedic Aushdhalya from the payment gateway or bank.

All online payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) through the available payment methods such as UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or wallets.

Any misuse, fraudulent transaction, or unauthorized access to the payment system will be subject to legal action under applicable Indian laws.

Aarogya Ayurvedic Aushdhalya reserves the right to change the pricing or available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Payments made for services that cannot be delivered due to technical or system errors will be refunded as per our refund policy below.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy :-
- The cancellation and refund policy is only applicable to all online payments made through the mobile app and website for booking appointments.
- After the scheduled appointment time — neither consultation fees nor convenience fees will be refunded.
- In case cancellation is initiated by the relevant hospital due to unavailability of the doctor: 100% of consultation fees and convenience fees will be refunded to the end user.
- At the time of cancellation, the amount will be refunded via the same source of payment and will be subject to the payment terms of the respective source only. The amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
- If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will be automatically refunded by your bank or payment gateway within 5–7 working days.
- No cash refunds will be provided for online payments. All refunds will be processed electronically to the original source of payment.
- Any service once availed or consultation once completed will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
- Aarogya Ayurvedic Aushdhalya reserves the right to modify or amend the refund policy at any time without prior notice, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- In case of disputes related to refunds, payment confirmation, or service delivery, the decision of Aarogya Ayurvedic Aushdhalya shall be final.
3. General Terms of uses :-
- All services provided through this website are subject to availability of doctors and appointment slots.
- Aarogya Ayurvedic Aushdhalya reserves the right to refuse service, terminate access, or cancel appointments in case of suspicious or unauthorized transactions.
- All disputes arising out of online payments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palwal, Haryana, India.
- By continuing to use this website and its payment services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned here in.
